Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000/month (based on experience)
Experience: Minimum 2 years in naturopathy practice
Preference: Candidates who can also conduct yoga and meditation sessions
Role & Responsibilities:
Conduct patient assessments and design personalised naturopathy treatment plans for guests
Administer naturopathy therapies as part of the retreat's wellness programs
Lead daily yoga and meditation sessions for all guests (preferred skill)
Guide guests through their overall wellness journey, combining naturopathy with mindfulness practices
Maintain treatment records and coordinate with the front office and operations team on guest wellness schedules
Stay current with naturopathy and holistic wellness best practices
Ideal Candidate:
A qualified naturopathy practitioner who is equally comfortable leading a yoga or meditation class — someone who sees wellness as a mind-body practice, not just clinical treatment, and can connect authentically with guests throughout their stay.
