About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process and supporting talent acquisition initiatives to help us attract and hire top talent.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial HR screening interviews.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Coordinate offer rollouts and follow up with candidates until joining.
- Prepare recruitment reports and hiring metrics.
- Support employer branding and campus hiring initiatives.

Key Skills Required





- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid understanding of recruitment and sourcing techniques.
- Experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

- MBA (HR) or Equivalent
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
