Job Overview

We are looking for a agile and organised centre manager to oversee the daily operations, customer/student engagement, staff management, and overall business growth of our centre in Aligarh. The ideal candidate will hold a degree in B.Ed., B.Tech., or MBA; possess strong leadership abilities; and demonstrate exceptional English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Centre Operations: Manage daily routine operations, ensuring high standards of efficiency, discipline, and customer/student service.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, support, and mentor staff, faculty, and administrative personnel to maintain smooth workflow and productivity.
- Inquiry & Admissions/Sales: Handle incoming enquiries, conduct counselling sessions, convert leads into enrolments/clients, and meet monthly target goals.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for parents, students, clients, or visitors, maintaining top-tier customer satisfaction.
- Administrative & Financial Oversight: Track centre expenses, handle fee/payment collections, manage centre petty cash, and prepare periodic operational reports.
- Marketing Support:



Coordinate local promotional drives, events, workshops, and community outreach to drive brand awareness in Aligarh.
- Quality & Compliance: Maintain centre cleanliness, equipment functionality, adherence to safety guidelines, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Key Qualifications & Requirements

- Educational Background: B.Ed., B.Tech., or MBA from a recognised institution.
- Work Experience: 1 to 5 years of experience in operational management, centre administration, counselling, or team leading (experience in education, training, or retail/service sectors preferred).
- Language Skills: Excellent command over spoken and written English; proficient in Hindi for local communication.
- Technical Skills: Comfortable using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic administrative software/CRMs.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong conflict resolution, problem-solving, sales pitching, and leadership capabilities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
