Job Description (JD)

- Handle daily dispatch operations and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Prepare dispatch documents such as invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, and transport documents.
- Coordinate with transporters, logistics partners, warehouses, and customers.
- Track shipments and provide delivery status updates.
- Maintain dispatch records, inventory movement, and documentation.
- Coordinate with the Production, Store, and Sales departments for dispatch planning.
- Ensure proper packing, labeling, and loading of materials.
- Resolve dispatch-related issues and ensure on-time deliveries.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and ERP software is preferred.

Requirements:

- 2 to 5 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, or warehouse operations.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of dispatch documentation and logistics processes.
- Graduate preferred.
