Accucut Laser is seeking experienced and enthusiastic operators to join our sheet metal fabrication team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating CNC Laser Cutting, CNC Press Brake (Bending), or CNC Turret Punching machines while ensuring high-quality production, safety, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

- Set up and operate CNC Laser Cutting, Press Brake (Bending), or Turret Punching machines.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, production orders, and technical specifications.
- Select appropriate tools, punches, dies, and machine parameters for each job.
- Perform machine setup, adjustments, and changeovers.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure dimensional accuracy and production efficiency.
- Inspect finished components using measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and gauges.
- Report defects, deviations, or machine issues to the supervisor.
- Carry out routine machine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, production targets, and safety procedures.
- Maintain accurate production and inspection records.
- Keep the work area clean and organized following 5S practices.

Qualifications

- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent technical qualification.
- Experience operating CNC Laser Cutting,



CNC Bending, or CNC Turret Punching machines.
- Freshers with relevant technical training may also apply.

Skills Required

- Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication processes.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
- Familiarity with measuring instruments and quality inspection methods.
- Understanding of machine setup and tooling.
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Experience

- 1–5 years of experience in sheet metal fabrication or CNC machine operation.
- Experience with CNC Laser, Press Brake, or Turret Punching machines is preferred.
