Location: Bhosari, Pune

Key Responsibilities

Plan, supervise, and execute electrical panel production activities.

Read and interpret electrical drawings, GA drawings, and wiring schematics.

Ensure quality workmanship during panel assembly and wiring. Coordinate with stores, planning, purchase, and quality departments.

Monitor production schedules and ensure on-time delivery.

Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.

Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety procedures.

Lead and guide technicians and production staff to achieve production targets.

Maintain production records and documentation.

Eligibility

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.

Experience: 2 to 10 years in the manufacturing of MCC, PCC, APFC, Control Panels,



Soft Starters, HT & LT Panels.

Good knowledge of electrical drawings, panel assembly, wiring, and testing.

Familiarity with production planning and quality systems will be an added advantage.
