We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive & Creative Designer who can manage our digital presence while also creating engaging visual content for social media, promotions, campaigns, and business communication.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of social media marketing, digital campaigns, Canva/designing, content creation, and basic performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Marketing

- Manage and grow the company's social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Google Business Profile, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns and promotional activities.
- Create and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
- Handle posting, scheduling, captions, hashtags, and basic community engagement.
- Assist in running and monitoring Meta/Instagram and Google Ads campaigns.
- Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports on reach, engagement, leads, and conversions.
- Monitor competitors, market trends, and social media trends.
- Suggest new digital marketing ideas to increase brand visibility, customer engagement, and enquiries.

2. Graphic Designing & Creative Content

- Design attractive creatives for:
- Social media posts
- Instagram/Facebook stories
- Reels covers
- Festival campaigns
- Product promotions
- Offers and discounts
- Recruitment posts
- Internal/company announcements
- Digital advertisements
- Banners and promotional material
- Create designs using Canva and other relevant design tools.
- Maintain consistency in the company's brand identity, fonts, colours, layouts, and visual style.
- Work with the jewellery/business team to convert promotional ideas into visually appealing creatives.

3. Video & Reel Content

- Create and edit short-form videos and Instagram/Facebook Reels.
- Basic video editing for promotional and product videos.
- Add text, transitions, music, subtitles, branding, and other elements where required.




- Coordinate with the showroom/team for product photography and video requirements.
- Identify trending Reel formats and suggest content ideas.

4. Content & Campaign Coordination

- Coordinate with the sales, management, and branch teams to understand upcoming offers, launches, events, and promotions.
- Prepare content and creatives according to marketing requirements and timelines.
- Assist in planning campaigns for festivals, jewellery occasions, branch launches, offers, and special events.
- Ensure all published content is accurate, professional, and aligned with the brand.

5. Reporting & Analysis

- Maintain monthly social media and campaign performance reports.
- Track key metrics such as:
- Reach
- Engagement
- Followers
- Leads
- Website/social media traffic
- Advertisement performance
- Identify what type of content performs best and recommend improvements.

Required Skills

Must Have:

- Good knowledge of Canva
- Strong knowledge of Instagram & Facebook
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads
- Basic understanding of digital marketing
- Valuable graphic design sense
- Good knowledge of Reels/short-form content
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to independently plan and execute content

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Graphic Designing, Mass Communication, Advertising, or a related field.
- Relevant practical experience and a strong portfolio may be considered in place of a specific qualification.

Experience

1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.

Freshers with excellent Canva/design skills, strong social media knowledge, and a good portfolio may also be considered.
