About the Role
Sahara Global Tours & Travels is looking for an experienced Travel Operations Manager to lead our sales team, manage vendor partnerships, and design custom tour packages for our Kerala operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and coach the sales team to consistently hit monthly targets
- Negotiate and manage partnerships with hotels, airlines, and local/international transport providers
- Resolve escalated client issues and design custom luxury and group itineraries
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience in the travel/tourism industry
- Fluent in English and Malayalam
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Business, or a related field
Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
