We are looking for a motivated and responsible candidate to join our team as a Back Office & Data Entry Executive.

Job Responsibilities

- Data entry and data sheet management
- Manage and update company records and databases
- Work on MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Handle basic web portals and online tools
- WhatsApp communication and basic WhatsApp tools
- Bulk SMS and other digital communication platforms
- Support daily office and back-office operations
- Sales calling for B2B and B2C business lead generation
- Follow up with potential business clients and leads
- Coordinate with the supporting team for daily work

Candidate Requirements

- Basic computer knowledge is required
- Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of data sheet management
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, bulk SMS, and web portals




- Basic sales calling and lead-generation knowledge
- Good Hindi and English communication skills
- Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn
- Freshers with the required skills can also apply
