a. Key Responsibilities

1. Drive initiatives to increase brand value and visibility across target audiences and markets
2. Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across SEO, social media, email, and paid channels
3. Act as brand strategist — define positioning, messaging, and brand guidelines aligned with business goals
4. Monitor and analyze website traffic and performance through tracking tools; derive actionable insights
5. Own and improve SEO strategy to boost organic search rankings and website traffic
6. Plan and execute offline brand visibility initiatives, including hoardings and outdoor advertising
7. Manage end-to-end event handling — planning, coordination, vendor management, and execution
8. Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints

b. What We're Looking For
1. MBA in Marketing (preferred) or equivalent qualification
2. Proven experience in digital marketing, brand strategy, and SEO
3.



Hands-on experience with website analytics/tracking tools (Google Analytics or similar)
4. Experience managing outdoor/offline branding (hoardings, print, etc.)
5. Solid event management and coordination skills
6. Excellent communication, creativity, and project management abilities
7. Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders
