3. Scaling Operations: Masterfully scale winning campaigns. You must know how to push budgets vertically and horizontally while maintaining stability.
4. Reporting & Analytics: Generate weekly and monthly performance reports. You must be able to translate raw data into actionable insights for the clients and the internal team.
5. The Infrastructure: Own the technical setup asset transfers (Meta/Google), landing page creation, and Calendly/CRM integrations for every recent client.
