Reports To: Workshop Supervisor / Store Manager
Job Summary:
Responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining customer vehicles in a retail service environment while ensuring quality service and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect and diagnose vehicle faults
- Perform routine maintenance and mechanical repairs
- Use diagnostic tools and workshop equipment effectively
- Recommend repair and maintenance solutions
- Maintain job records and ensure workplace safety
Requirements:
- Diploma or vocational training in Automobile Technology or related field
- Experience as an automobile mechanic preferred
- Good knowledge of vehicle diagnostics and repair
- Solid technical, problem-solving, and customer service skills
Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
