Content & Interview Producer — Cinema & Fashion Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra Job Type: Full-time Salary: ₹35,000–₹50,000 per month, depending on experience and portfolio About the Role We are building a new content platform focused on the people, stories and ideas shaping Indian cinema and fashion. We are looking for a highly creative and well-connected Content & Interview Producer who can create meaningful conversations with the people behind the industry — including actors, directors, producers, writers, designers, stylists, photographers, founders, creative directors and other influential personalities. This is not a conventional social media role. We are looking for someone who can find the right people, get access, develop compelling conversations and turn those conversations into compelling content. What You Will Do - Develop original content concepts around cinema, fashion, culture, creativity and business. - Identify interesting personalities, founders, producers, directors, designers, stylists and emerging talent to feature. - Research and develop one-on-one interview concepts tailored to each guest. - Prepare thoughtful interview questions that go beyond predictable promotional conversations. - Coordinate and conduct interviews with industry professionals. - Build relationships with film producers, directors, actors, production houses, fashion designers, brands, founders, stylists, photographers, casting professionals and creative agencies. - Identify emerging voices and new talent before they become mainstream. - Develop recurring interview formats and original content series. - Coordinate shoots with photographers, videographers, editors and production teams. - Create short-form content from long-form interviews. - Develop Reels, clips, teasers, quotes, carousels and editorial stories from every conversation.



- Research current developments in cinema and fashion to identify relevant stories and personalities. - Assist in developing the editorial identity and voice of the platform. - Build a strong network across Mumbai's film, fashion, advertising and creative industries. - Represent the brand professionally when interacting with high-profile industry personalities. The Kind of Content We Want We are not looking for: “Tell us about your upcoming film.” We want conversations such as: - What actually happens behind the scenes of making a film? - How does a producer decide which story deserves ₹100 crore? - What does it take to build a fashion brand in India? - How is celebrity styling changing? - What happens when fashion meets cinema? - What does nobody understand about the film business? - How do young directors get their first break? - How are Indian designers building global brands? - What makes an actor commercially valuable? - What happens behind a major fashion campaign? - What does it really take to build a production house? The objective is to create conversations people want to watch, share and remember. Key Requirements - Strong understanding of Indian cinema and/or fashion. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong research and interviewing ability. - Excellent storytelling instincts. - Ability to ask intelligent, unexpected and relevant questions. - Confidence communicating with senior industry professionals. - Strong networking and relationship-building ability.



- Ability to independently identify potential guests and stories. - Good understanding of Instagram, YouTube and short-form video. - Ability to work with photographers, videographers and editors. - Strong written English; knowledge of Hindi and/or regional Indian languages is an advantage. - Mumbai-based candidates with an existing entertainment, fashion or media network will be strongly preferred. Portfolio / Application Candidates should ideally share: - Previous interview work - YouTube or Instagram content - Articles or editorial work - Video projects - Photography/video work - Podcasts or conversations - Any experience working with film, fashion, media or creative personalities A strong portfolio can compensate for limited formal experience. Compensation ₹35,000–₹50,000 per month Compensation will depend on experience, portfolio, industry network, interviewing ability and overall suitability. Exceptional candidates with an established Mumbai entertainment/fashion network may be considered for a higher package.
