This position is responsible for driving business growth through lead conversion and client acquisition. The candidate will play a key role in developing and executing strategic partnerships, building strong client relationships, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role requires a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a passion for sales and business development.

Responsibilities

- Sales & Client Management: Consistently exceed sales targets by converting leads generated via Facebook ad campaigns into paying clients. Deliver exceptional customer service for clients inquiring about our services
- Business Development: Successfully identify and cultivate strategic partnerships that drive revenue growth. Negotiate and execute mutually beneficial agreements with key stakeholders such as event planners, wedding planners,



luxury hotels, and venues
- Teamwork & Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with internal teams to achieve business objectives
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years' prior industry-related business development experience
- Excellent communication skills & a passion for sales
- Focused and goal-oriented
- Base location - Mumbai

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
