Job Summary

We are looking for a Software Developer who can develop and maintain our company's Zoho applications and software systems.

The candidate will work with different departments and help convert their manual work into easy digital applications and automated processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and customize Zoho applications.
- Work on Zoho Creator and Zoho CRM.
- Create forms, reports, dashboards and workflows.
- Understand requirements from HR, Sales, Dispatch, Accounts, Purchase and other departments.
- Convert Excel/manual processes into Zoho applications.
- Connect different Zoho applications when required.
- Work with APIs and basic software integrations.
- Find and fix application errors.
- Maintain existing Zoho applications.
- Provide basic support and training to employees.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of Zoho Creator.
- Knowledge of Zoho CRM.
- Basic understanding of API and software integration.




- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn new software and technologies.

Example of Work

For example, if the company currently manages Sales Order → Dispatch → Payment Follow-up manually in Excel, the developer will help create a Zoho application where this complete process can be managed digitally.

Education

Graduate / Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Development or a related field.
