Student Guidance & Counselling: Conduct structured counselling sessions (via phone, video, or in-person) with students and parents to understand their educational goals and suggest suitable courses/programs.
Lead Conversion & Admissions: Follow up actively on inbound leads, address prospective student queries, and guide them smoothly through the enrollment process to meet monthly targets.
Target Achievement: Consistently deliver on enrollment goals to maximize your performance-based incentives.
Relationship Management: Maintain warm rapport and long-term relationships with prospective students, building trust and maintaining high conversion rates.
Team Guidance: Mentor and assist junior counsellors on sales techniques, objection handling, and lead pipeline management.
Data & CRM Maintenance: Accurately update call logs, lead statuses, and student records in the CRM system.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
