We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive / HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee onboarding, HR policies, attendance, payroll coordination, employee records, and general HR administration.
The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, solid follow-up abilities, and practical knowledge of HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Hiring
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
- Understand manpower requirements from department heads.
- Prepare and post job descriptions on relevant job portals.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with management and department heads.
- Maintain candidate trackers and recruitment status.
- Conduct salary discussions and coordinate offer releases.
- Ensure timely joining of selected candidates.
2. Employee Onboarding
- Complete joining formalities and collect required documents.
- Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
- Conduct HR induction and explain company policies, rules, attendance and leave procedures.
- Coordinate with the respective department for employee allocation and initial requirements.
- Maintain proper employee files and documentation.
- Ensure recent employees are added to attendance/payroll systems.
3. HR Policies & Processes
- Implement and maintain company HR policies and procedures.
- Draft and update policies related to attendance, leave, working hours, discipline, code of conduct, travel, reimbursement, etc.
- Communicate HR policies clearly to employees.
- Ensure employees follow company rules and HR processes.
- Assist management in improving HR systems and processes.
4. Attendance & Leave Management
- Maintain daily attendance records.
- Monitor late coming, absenteeism, leaves,
permissions and overtime.
- Maintain monthly attendance and leave reports.
- Follow up with employees and department heads for attendance-related issues.
- Provide accurate attendance data for payroll processing.
5. Payroll Coordination
- Coordinate monthly payroll processing.
- Verify attendance, leave, salary changes, deductions, incentives, overtime and other payroll inputs.
- Coordinate with the accounts/payroll team for salary processing.
- Ensure payroll inputs are submitted accurately and on time.
- Maintain salary and employee-related records.
- Handle employee queries related to salary, deductions and attendance.
6. Employee Records & HR MIS
- Maintain updated employee master data.
- Maintain employee personal files and statutory documents.
- Prepare HR MIS reports such as headcount, hiring status, attrition, attendance and leave.
- Track probation periods, confirmations, increments and other employee-related milestones.
- Maintain proper confidentiality of employee information.
7. Employee Relations & General HR
- Address routine employee queries and HR-related concerns.
- Support management in handling employee discipline and performance-related matters.
- Conduct exit formalities and maintain exit records.
- Conduct exit interviews and identify common employee concerns.
- Support employee engagement activities and internal communication.
Required Skills

- Basic to good knowledge of payroll and attendance management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

- Ability to independently manage day-to-day HR activities.
Pay: ₹12,626.34 - ₹35,186.34 per month
