We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter with strong recruitment expertise across Steel, Manufacturing, Engineering, Industrial Projects, EPC, Infrastructure, or Heavy Engineering sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

-Manage end-to-end recruitment across plant operations, engineering, projects, maintenance, and leadership roles.

-Source, screen, and attract high-quality technical and managerial talent.

-Work closely with business and hiring teams to understand workforce requirements.Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future requirements.

-Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality of hiring.

What We’re Looking For:





-4–8 years of relevant technical recruitment experience

-Strong exposure to Manufacturing / Steel / EPC / Engineering / Infrastructure hiring

-Ability to independently manage multiple recruitment mandates

-Excellent sourcing, stakeholder management, and communication skills

-Strong understanding of technical and industrial roles.
