The Sales Manager is responsible for increasing the overall business and achieving sales targets of the branch. The role includes leading and guiding the sales team, mobilizing Savings, RD, FD and other deposit products, generating recent customers, following up on leads, and maintaining good customer relationships. The Sales Manager should monitor the team’s daily activities, conduct field visits, motivate staff, achieve monthly targets, and report sales performance to the Branch Manager.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
