Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) & Dispatch Executive to join our team. This role is the final line of quality control before our vehicles reach the customer. The ideal candidate will be highly responsible, ensuring that every vehicle meets our rigorous safety and aesthetic standards, and managing the logistics of a smooth dispatch process.

- Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI): Conduct thorough technical and visual inspections of vehicles (Electric Golf Carts, e-Buses, Cargo vehicles) based on the company checklist.
- Quality Assurance: Check battery levels, tire pressure, electrical systems, braking, and paint finish to ensure 100% "flawless" delivery.
- Test Driving: Safely drive and maneuver vehicles within the facility and during final testing to confirm peak performance.
- Dispatch Coordination: Manage the movement of ready vehicles to the loading area and coordinate with the logistics team for timely departures.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inspection reports, VIN/Chassis numbers,



and dispatch logs.
- Issue Reporting: Identify any defects or mechanical issues and coordinate with the technical department for immediate rectification.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Mandatory Driving Skill: Must possess a valid driving license and demonstrate confident driving ability.
- Work Ethic: A responsible and disciplined approach to the job is essential; you are responsible for the final safety of our products.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to spot minor technical or aesthetic flaws that others might miss.
- Communication: Basic ability to maintain records and communicate effectively with the sales and production teams.
- Experience: Previous experience in the automotive industry (specifically PDI or Dispatch) is preferred but not mandatory for a highly motivated candidate.
