We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of multiple businesses operating under a single group. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the accounting, financial reporting, compliance, budgeting, and cash flow across several business entities while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete finance and accounting functions for multiple business entities within the group.
- Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports for each business.
- Consolidate financial reports and provide group-level financial analysis to management.
- Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flow across all business units.
- Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, PF, ESI, and other applicable statutory regulations.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, consultants, and government authorities.
- Monitor internal controls and implement financial policies and procedures.
- Review business performance and provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making.




- Supervise and mentor the accounts team across multiple entities.
- Ensure timely statutory filings and maintenance of accurate financial records.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field (M.Com, MBA Finance, CA Inter, CMA, or ACCA preferred).
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Experience handling accounts for multiple companies or business divisions is essential.
- Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, GST, Income Tax, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime, Zoho Books, or other ERP/accounting software.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Robust analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience managing finance for a group of companies or diversified businesses.
- Ability to work independently while leading a finance team.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
