MIS COORDINATOR – RETAIL

Location: Mumbai
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Joining: Immediate Joiner Preferred

Job Responsibilities

- Maintain daily Retail MIS and update case status.
- Allocate incoming cases to the concerned team members.
- Track pending cases and ensure timely completion.
- Monitor TAT and follow up on delayed cases.
- Coordinate with Sales, Field Analysts and Technical Managers.
- Track report review and dispatch status.
- Monitor billing and collection status.
- Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports for management.
- Ensure accuracy of MIS data and reports.
- Escalate delays and issues to seniors.
- Monitor team performance and workload.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline; B.Com/Finance background preferred.




- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Valuable communication and follow-up skills.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Responsible and proactive approach towards work.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Experience from Valuation firm will be an added advantage.

- Experience: 1–3 years preferred; freshers with good Excel skills may also apply.

Pay: ₹10,156.66 - ₹30,000.00 per month
