Job Summary

We are looking for energetic, customer-friendly and sales-oriented candidates to join our team as Shop Sales Executives at our Cable Car / Ropeway facility at Athirappilly, Thrissur, Kerala.

The selected candidates will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting and selling products, maintaining the shop and merchandise display, handling customer enquiries and ensuring an excellent shopping experience for visitors.

- Welcome customers and provide friendly and qualified assistance.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Promote and sell merchandise, souvenirs, gifts and other products available at the shop.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall shop revenue.
- Explain product features, prices, offers and promotions to customers.
- Encourage customers to consider additional or complementary products where appropriate.
- Maintain attractive and organized product displays.
- Ensure products are properly labelled, priced and displayed.
- Monitor stock levels and inform the supervisor about replenishment requirements.
- Assist with receiving, arranging and storing merchandise.
- Coordinate with the Billing Executive/Cashier for smooth customer transactions.
- Assist customers with product selection and payment-related queries.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper presentation of the sales area.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally.




- Support stock counting and periodic inventory checks.
- Prevent product damage, loss or unauthorized removal and immediately report discrepancies.
- Support promotional activities, seasonal campaigns and special events.
- Maintain proper grooming, personal hygiene and professional appearance.
- Follow company SOPs, sales procedures, safety standards and HR policies.
- Perform other sales and shop-related duties assigned by the management.

Qualification Required

- Plus Two / Graduate in any discipline.
- Diploma or qualification in Retail Management, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality or Tourism will be an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge preferred.

Experience

- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with 0–3 years of experience in Retail Sales, Shop Sales, Customer Service, Hospitality, Tourism, Amusement Parks, Resorts or similar roles may apply.
- Previous retail or sales experience will be an advantage but is not mandatory for freshers.
