Roles and responsibilities:

Production supervision, EHS & allied work as per DPPs of Rohan Rana.

Working as Senior Engineer in RPV fixture yard for all types of fixtures & saddles execution.

1.1 100% OTD

1.Zero delay on job CC due to fixtures

2.Consumable requirement before stockout - 100%

3.100% compliance in MHE & Form-10 of lifting tools / tackles

4.On time MTR for fixtures to be delivered - 100%

5.100% RCA / PA for major defective fixture delivered to users & rework

6.Updation of SCR status IP/NS/SNET - 100%

7.STR request on time - 100%

8.Machining request - 100% on time

9.Rolling request - 100% on time

10.Monthly provision - 100%

11.PPO for FFY related ARC & services on time - 100%





12.100% participative detailing of major fixture drgs with contractors before start - full kit management

13.Spot check for weld visuals once in month - zero welding defect

14. SCR weight certification w.r.t ARC.

15. Closing of SCR with correct remark, completion date & actual weight within week of completion- 100%
