Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of specialized applications. This role requires taking ownership of the project s technical direction and serving as the main liaison for all application-related activities. The position demands coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and functionality, while continuously overseeing the progress and quality of the software solutions being developed. The role is dynamic, involving problem-solving, decision-making, and guiding the team through complex technical challenges to deliver effective and efficient software products.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




- Lead the planning and execution of project deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to clarify requirements and expectations.

Skilled & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
- Strong knowledge of data governance principles and master data management processes.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP Master Data Governance applications to meet business needs.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to master data and application performance.
- Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP MDG and other enterprise systems.
- Excellent analytical skills to assess system requirements and design scalable solutions.

Additional Information:
