Sales Executive – Main Sales Team

Timings: Monday–Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM | Saturday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Role Overview

We are looking for experienced Sales Executives to handle premium leads and convert high-ticket sales through a consultative selling approach.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound sales leads.

- Connect with potential customers and understand their requirements.

- Pitch and close high-ticket courses, programs, and consultation services.

- Recommend suitable solutions based on customer needs.

- Follow up consistently with prospective customers and maintain the sales pipeline.

- Achieve individual sales and revenue targets.

- Update CRM and maintain accurate lead records.

- Handle approximately 150–200 customer calls per day through the CRM.





- Maintain a target-driven and result-oriented approach.

Requirements

- 2–3 years of relevant sales experience.

- Mandatory experience in high-ticket sales.

- Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.

- Strong sales, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.

- Comfortable handling high call volumes.

- Target-driven and performance-oriented mindset.

- Candidates with experience in EdTech, high-ticket sales, counselling, or consultative sales will be preferred.

Salary & Benefits

- Fixed Salary: Up to ₹35,000 per month
