Job Title : Engineering Standards and Practice Lead

Roles & Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the Engineering Standards & Practices lifecycle across global operations.

- Maintain and govern engineering standards portfolio registers, review cycles, and adoption tracking.

- Coordinate standards reviews, change management, governance approvals, and publication readiness.

- Draft, edit, and update engineering standards, procedures, and technical practices.

- Manage governance board meetings, decision packs, action tracking, and compliance documentation.

- Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, process safety, and operational teams for standards alignment.

- Ensure integration of industry standards, regulatory requirements, and technical updates into internal practices.

- Monitor standards adoption, rollout activities, training support, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Maintain knowledge management systems, standards libraries, and technical documentation repositories.

- Support process safety, operational risk management, and engineering compliance initiatives.

- Track portfolio health, review cadences,



gap registers, and closure of open actions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional and global stakeholders to ensure governance effectiveness and operational consistency.

Requisites
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.

- Robust knowledge of engineering standards, controlled documentation, and governance processes.

- Familiarity with industry standards such as API, ASME, NFPA, IEC, ISO, and OSHA.

- Experience in standards management, technical documentation, and change control processes.

- Strong understanding of process safety, operational risk, and engineering compliance practices.

- Ability to coordinate multi-stakeholder reviews and governance forums.

- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation abilities.

- Experience with portfolio tracking, reporting dashboards, and standards lifecycle management.

- Ability to manage cross-functional and global teams in a collaborative environment.
