Senior Resident

- To provide ethical, safe, effective and compassionate patient care around the clock under the supervision of consultants.
- To assist consultants in complete management of patients including initial work up, evaluation, diagnosis and medical or surgical management.
- To attend emergency cases and providing appropriate care.
- To coordinate between different medical team members (Anesthetists, pediatricians and surgeons)
- To teach and guide junior residents.
- To participate actively and positively in weekly activities and research work
- To ensure proper attention to the patient & their attendants.
- To take proper informed consent before any proceedings/admission.
- To maintain Obstetric and Gynecologic procedure records.
- To provide expert consultation in consortium with Senior consultant and manage all patients related to Obs & Gynae.
- To keep abreast with latest research, development & techniques in the field of obs & gynae.
- To generate reports on test / procedures performed (Operation notes and discharge summary)
- To ensure that the wards / O.T. rooms have equipment / facilities necessary for rendering patient care.
- To take regular rounds of the patients in IPD for constant follow up and monitoring of their treatment charts.




- Maintaining the over register during the IPD duties.
- Assisting the surgeon/consultant during different kind of procedures.
- To supervise all nursing / para medical and non-medical staff of the department to maintain discipline and high standard of medical care at the departments.
- To coordinate and contribute with the team for development of newer facilities.
- To coordinate with MS on all matters relating to provision infrastructure and maintenance, support-complaint redressal of patients.
- To take part in all regular CMEs.
- To ensure optimum utilisation of resources by the him /her and subordinates
- To have complete orientation of QMS and EMS system of Hospital.
- To have complete Awareness about Disaster Management Programme (DMP) of the hospital.
- To Comply with the service quality Process, environmental & occupational issues & policies of the respective area
- To Comply with patient safety policy.
- To conduct peripheral OPDs as and when required.
- To assist HSG procedure on every Tuesday and Friday.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹170,000.00 per month
