Senior Estimation Engineer - Construction Company

Experience: 4-5 Years | Salary: ₹30,000 - ₹35,000 per month | Location: Siliguri, West Bengal

Role in short:

Lead cost estimation and tendering for construction projects. Ensure accurate project costs, competitive bids, and cost control from pre-tender to execution stage.

Key Responsibilities:

- Cost Estimation : Prepare detailed BOQ, rate analysis, and project cost estimates for RCC, steel, infrastructure and interior projects.
- Tendering : Study tender documents, work with clients/consultants, prepare technical and commercial bids
- Vendor Management : Collect quotations, negotiate rates with vendors/subcontractors, maintain rate database.
- Cost Control : Do variance analysis, track project costs vs budget, prepare cost reports for management.
- Planning Support : Coordinate with planning,



procurement and site teams for accurate forecasting
- Software: Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD for quantity takeoff. Exposure to Primavera/MS Project, Build Smart is a plus

Requirements:

- Experience: 4-5 years in estimation for building, industrial, or infrastructure projects
- Education: B.E/ B. Tech Civil Engineering preferred
- Skills : Solid in quantity surveying, rate analysis, contract knowledge, and IS codes
- Other : Good communication, analytical mindset, able to meet bid deadlines

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
