Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the company's overall financial strategy and planning.
- Manage financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow.
- Drive fund raising activities through banks, financial institutions, investors, and strategic partners.
- Develop financial models for infrastructure and renewable energy projects.
- Ensure statutory compliance, taxation, auditing, and corporate governance.
- Support business expansion, investment planning, and project financing.
- Present financial reports and strategic recommendations to the management.

Eligibility

- Qualification: CA / CA Inter / CMA or equivalent professional qualification.
- Experience: Minimum 10+ years as a Chief Financial Officer (CFO),



or Fund Raising Manager.
- Proven experience in project finance, corporate finance, investment management, or fund raising.
- Experience in the EV, renewable energy, infrastructure, manufacturing, or related sectors will be an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, banking, taxation, and financial planning.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and negotiation skills.
