Project Manager – Interior Execution

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Interior Execution to manage and coordinate interior projects from planning through execution. The role involves site supervision, contractor and client coordination, material planning, measurements, billing, documentation, and ensuring projects are completed on time and as per quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Contractor Coordination

- Conduct regular meetings with contractors to review project progress and resolve issues.
- Attend client meetings at project sites and the head office.
- Coordinate manpower deployment based on project requirements.
- Maintain effective communication with clients, contractors, and internal teams.

Site Supervision & Quality Control

- Supervise interior site activities and guide site supervisors.
- Ensure work is completed as per required quality standards and timelines.
- Take site measurements and prepare Joint Measurement Records (JMR).
- Conduct joint measurements with clients and ensure proper approvals/signatures.
- Track measurements accurately for project billing.

Material Planning & Procurement

- Follow up on material procurement and ensure timely delivery to project sites.
- Plan and arrange materials required for upcoming projects.
- Assist management in finalizing outsourced vendors.

Billing & Documentation

- Prepare client bills along with required supporting documents.




- Submit bills to client accounts teams and follow up for timely payments.
- Prepare contractor bills and coordinate their timely clearance.
- Maintain project and billing information in RSID software.

Project Planning & Office Coordination

- Prepare and review work plans for upcoming projects.
- Support the office team with project-related operational coordination.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining proper documentation and reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 5–8 years of experience in interior execution, project management, or site coordination.
- Strong knowledge of interior site execution, measurements, and billing processes.
- Excellent client-handling and communication skills.
- Strong contractor/vendor management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple interior projects simultaneously.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
- Hands-on experience with project billing and site coordination is preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
