We are looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to help us grow our business by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and generating new leads.

Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Find potential customers and generate leads
- Contact and meet prospective clients
- Build and maintain solid client relationships
- Prepare quotations and business proposals
- Follow up with leads and convert them into customers
- Develop partnerships and business opportunities
- Meet sales and business development targets
- Coordinate with the internal team to deliver projects successfully

Requirements:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic sales and negotiation skills




- Ability to approach and communicate with new clients
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Willingness to travel for client meetings when required
- Previous sales/business development experience is preferred
- Candidates with relevant experience in agriculture, landscaping, gardening, construction, or related fields will be an advantage
