About the Role

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer & Video Editor who can create high-quality visual and video content for brands across fashion, jewellery, décor, beauty, and lifestyle. The ideal candidate should have a refined eye for premium visual language, a strong understanding of current trends, and the ability to create content that captures attention and stands out.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit and produce short-form video — Reels, ad creatives, motion graphics — that’s built for retention: strong hooks, pacing, and platform-native editing, not just pretty footage
- Create performance-marketing ad creatives (video and static) designed to convert — thumb-stopping openers, clear offer communication, fast cuts — while staying true to each brand’s aesthetic
- Design premium static creatives for social media, websites, and brand collaterals




- Translate brand narratives into visually compelling design using robust typography, layout, and composition
- Maintain a consistent, elevated visual language across a brand’s content while adapting tone for different platforms and audiences
- Stay current on both luxury design trends and fast-moving content/meme/reel trends
- Collaborate with content and strategy teams; manage multiple client projects and timelines at once

Requirements

- 1+ years as a Graphic Designer & Video Editor, with video as a core strength
- Prior experience with luxury or premium brands
- Experience creating ad creatives/video edits for D2C performance marketing
- Strong portfolio of original work - include reels/edits, not just static design

Proficiency In

- Video: Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, VN, Canva Video Editor
- Design: Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
