- Manage and maintain computer systems, laptops, printers, scanners, servers, and other IT hardware.
- Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Windows operating systems, software, applications, and peripherals.
- Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, email, internet, and system-related issues.
- Manage user accounts, access permissions, passwords, and system security.
- Maintain regular data backup and recovery procedures.
- Monitor antivirus, endpoint security, firewall, and other IT security systems.
- Maintain IT asset records, software licenses, warranties, and AMC/service agreements.
- Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers for hardware, software, networking, and maintenance.
- Maintain proper documentation of IT systems, configurations, incidents, and troubleshooting activities.
- Support ERP / HRMS / attendance / payroll-related systems and coordinate with vendors when required.




- Ensure IT systems are available and functioning properly for production, QA, QC, warehouse, HR, accounts, and administration departments.
- Assist in implementation and maintenance of IT policies, data security, access control, and backup procedures.
- Identify recurring IT issues and implement preventive solutions.
- Support CCTV, biometric attendance, access-control systems, and other office/plant technology where applicable.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and applicable pharmaceutical data integrity and security requirements.

B.Tech / B.E. (IT/Computer Science)

3–5 years of relevant IT experience, preferably in a pharmaceutical, manufacturing, plant, or corporate setting.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
