Growth Lead — Arrow

We’re looking for a killer salesperson who understands traders.

Arrow is iRage’s next-generation trading platform — built for serious traders who care about speed, execution, data and an unfair edge. We’re building an invite-only product for people who trade to win, not just to click buttons.

As Growth Lead, your job is simple: get traders onto Arrow and make them trade.

You’ll:

- Get on demo calls with serious traders and show them why Arrow is different.
- Understand their trading setup, pain points and strategies — then sell them on Arrow.
- Convert leads into active, revenue-generating traders.
- Build relationships with high-value traders, prop desks, active investors and trading communities.
- Experiment relentlessly with new ways to acquire and convert users.
- Own your number from first conversation → funded account → trading revenue.

Who we want

You’re competitive, hungry and commercially sharp. You can talk markets with traders without sounding like a salesperson.



You’re comfortable picking up the phone, running demos, handling objections and closing.

Trading experience is a huge plus. Sales experience is useful. Hunger matters more.

The deal

Fixed base + unlimited upside.

You will be compensated directly for the revenue you bring to Arrow. If you build a monster book, you make monster money. No artificial ceiling.

This is not a “manage leads and make PowerPoints” job.
You will own growth. You will talk to customers. You will close deals. You will make money.
