We are looking for an experienced Service Supervisor to manage and coordinate our Service Technician team.

Responsibilities:

* Supervise and manage Service Technicians

* Allocate and coordinate service jobs

* Monitor daily service activities and technician performance

* Handle customer service-related queries and issues

* Coordinate with the office and other departments

* Ensure timely completion of service work

* Prepare and maintain service reports

Requirements:

* Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Service/Technical field/ Any Field

* Experience in handling a team is preferred

* Good communication and coordination skills

* Ability to handle customers and technicians professionally

* Knowledge of Diesel Generators / Power Solutions is an added advantage

* Responsible, proactive and capable of handling multiple tasks

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
