About the Role:
We are looking for a Team Leader to manage day-to-day BPO operations, handle a team of executives, and ensure performance targets are met as per company and client requirements.

Key responsibilities:
Manage a team of executives (voice/non-voice processes)
Monitor daily productivity, SLA, and KPI targets
Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution
Track attendance, shrinkage, and team discipline
Provide regular feedback and support team performance
Ensure adherence to process and quality standards
Requirements:
2–5 years of experience in BPO operations
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in team handling / SME role
Positive communication and leadership skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Experience:
- BPO: 5 years (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
