We are looking for motivated and performance-driven individuals to join our team as Financial Advisors.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are interested in building a career in financial services, customer relationship management, and financial planning.

Employment & Probation Structure

Initial 3 Months – Off-Roll / Probation Period The first three months will be an Off-Roll engagement, which will also serve as your probation period. During this period: There will be no fixed monthly salary. Earnings will be primarily based on performance-linked incentives.

Your income during the probation period will depend on your business performance and the applicable incentive structure. Training and guidance will be provided to help you understand the products, sales process, customer handling, and role responsibilities.





After Successful Completion of 3 Months Based on your performance, productivity, and overall suitability for the role, you may be moved to an On-Roll position after completing the three-month probation period. Once moved to On-Roll: A fixed salary structure will be applicable.

You will continue to be eligible for performance-based incentives, subject to the applicable company policy. You will have the opportunity to build a long-term career within the organization.

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
