Job Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Accountant to manage financial operations for our client, specializing in residential real estate projects. This is a senior-level position requiring 5 to 6 years of hands-on accounting experience, specifically within the construction or residential project sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Maintain accurate financial records, billing,
and expense tracking specifically for residential project sites.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and provide timely reports to project management.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers regarding project payments and reconciliation.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 5 to 6 years of qualified accounting experience.
- Domain Expertise: Prior experience in residential construction projects is required.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Core Competencies: Detail-oriented with a deep understanding of project-based accounting principles.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
