We are looking for an enthusiastic travel Consultant to join our travel sales team. The candidate will be responsible for understanding customer travel requirements, suggesting suitable holiday packages, preparing itineraries and converting leads into confirmed bookings.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp and other channels.
- Understand customer requirements, budget and travel preferences.
- Recommend domestic and international holiday packages.
- Prepare customized itineraries and quotations.
- Follow up with leads regularly and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Negotiate and close travel bookings.
- Coordinate with operations, hotels, transporters and other vendors.
- Maintain accurate customer and booking records.
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Ensure excellent customer service before, during and after the trip.
Requirements
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Passion for travel and tourism.
- Sales-oriented approach with robust negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of Indian and international destinations.
- Ability to work with sales targets.
- Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
- Experience in travel sales/holiday consulting will be an advantage
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
