Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and technically inclined IT Support Fresher to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for providing basic technical support to employees and assisting with hardware, software, networking, and day-to-day IT requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide first-level IT support to employees for hardware and software issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot basic Windows, application, and connectivity issues.
- Assist with LAN, Wi-Fi, internet, and basic network troubleshooting.
- Set up user accounts, email accounts, and system access.
- Maintain IT assets, inventory, and related documentation.
- Assist with antivirus installation, system updates, and basic cybersecurity practices.
- Coordinate with external IT vendors when required.




- Maintain records of IT issues and resolutions.
- Assist the IT team with routine maintenance and other technical requirements.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, computer hardware, and networking.
- Basic understanding of LAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, and troubleshooting.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn new technologies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills

- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware installation and troubleshooting.
- Basic understanding of networking and internet connectivity.
- Familiarity with IT support or helpdesk systems is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity and data protection.
