Job Summary

We are looking for a EDP Executive to join our IT team. Candidate must have relevant experience in troubleshooting of IT hardware, servers, Software etc., installation of OS, assembling of systems, asset and inventory maintenance.

The successful candidate will have an experience in -

· Installation, support, maintenance of network and server infrastructure.

· Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Applications hosted on Windows Server

· Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues.

· Knowledge of Router & Firewall configurations.

· Diagnose CCTV related issues & resolve the issue

Responsibilities and Duties

IT

· Installing, configuring, testing and maintaining operating systems, application software, and SERVER and system management tools.

· Maintain security and backup of all installed system / Software periodically.

· Diagnose Hardware and Software problems, and Replace Defective components.

· Maintaining new and old computer hardware, tracking inventory for all parts.





· Testing and Reporting the status of all the equipment in the organization on a regular basis.

· Monitoring of CCTV Camera.

· Liaise with contractors and external suppliers.

Projection

· Ensuring movies and ads are playing as per schedule.

· To prepare all the screens by checking the exhaust, cooling, blower, Lamp

· To check each & every Amplifier for loose connection.

· To screen ads do the presentation as per received schedule from marketing team.

· To check the function of all Amplifier on the sound rack and Dolby Processor.

Required Experience and Qualifications

· Degree or Diploma in Computer Science/IT.

· Minimum 1 year experience in IT administration.

· Candidate must have better organizing Skill and the ability to Multitask

· Candidate should have Good communication skill and Robust documentation skills.

· Keen attention to detail.

· Willing to work in rotational shift.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
