Role Overview

We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer to design, develop and maintain scalable web applications and digital solutions. You will work across frontend and backend, collaborate with product, design and QA teams, and deliver features end to end.

What You'll Do

- Build responsive and scalable applications using React, Next.js and TypeScript.
- Develop backend services, APIs and business logic using Node.js/Express.js or other backend technologies.
- Design and integrate REST/GraphQL APIs and third-party services.
- Design data models and optimize queries across SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Integrate LLMs and AI services into web and business applications.
- Build AI agents, agentic workflows, chatbots and automation solutions using existing AI platforms and APIs.
- Integrate voice AI, Speech-to-Text and Text-to-Speech capabilities where required.
- Integrate communication and enterprise services such as WhatsApp, SMS, Voice and other APIs.
- Optimize applications for performance, security, scalability and reliability. Write clean, reusable,



testable and maintainable code.
- Use Git, Docker and CI/CD for development and deployment.
- Collaborate with product, design and QA teams to deliver features from development to production.

What You'll Bring

- 3-5 years of full-stack development experience.
- Strong JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5 and CSS3 skills.
- Hands-on experience with React.js and/or Next.js.
- Strong experience with Node.js/Express.js or another backend stack.
- Experience with REST APIs and familiarity with GraphQL.
- Working knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Understanding of authentication, API security and web application architecture.
- Experience with Git and familiarity with Docker and CI/CD.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to learn and work across new technologies and AI-powered development tools.

Good to Have

- Experience with Python/FastAPI, Java or .NET.
- Experience with AI API integrations, RAG, AI agents or agentic workflows.
- Experience with Voice AI, STT/TTS or real-time communication.
- Experience integrating WhatsApp, SMS, Voice or other communication APIs.
- Experience with cloud platforms, Redis, queues or microservices.

Key expectation: Build, integrate and ship reliable software solutions end to end — from frontend and backend development to APIs, AI integrations and deployment.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 per year
