WE’RE HIRING QC MANAGER

Location: Bangalore, Bommasandra
Experience: 4–5 Years
Qualification: MSC/B.Tech in Food Technology / Food Science
Industry: Food Manufacturing / FMCG

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented QC Manager to lead our Quality Control operations and ensure the highest standards of food quality, safety, and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day Quality Control operations
- Monitor raw materials, in-process products, and finished products
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, GMP, and food safety standards
- Develop and maintain SOPs, quality procedures, and documentation
- Conduct quality inspections, audits, and process checks
- Identify quality issues and implement CAPA
- Coordinate closely with Production and other departments
- Lead, train,



and manage the QC team
- Handle customer complaints and conduct root-cause analysis
- Maintain quality records, reports, and testing documentation

Candidate Requirements:

* MSC/B.Tech / M.Tech in Food Technology / Food Science
* 4–5 years of relevant experience in Food Manufacturing / FMCG
* Strong knowledge of Food Safety & Quality Management
* Positive leadership and problem-solving skills
* Ability to manage QC operations and teams effectively
