Roles & Responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer demand, sales orders, and production capacity.

2. Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality, Maintenance, Sales, and Dispatch teams to ensure smooth execution of plans.

3. Prepare production schedules and monitor actual production against planned targets.

4. Identify capacity constraints, bottlenecks, material shortages, and production delays and take corrective actions.

5. Plan raw material and component requirements in coordination with the Purchase and Stores departments.

6. Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimum stock availability without excess inventory.

Required Skills

1. Strong knowledge of Production Planning & Control (PPC).

2. Good understanding of Material Requirement Planning (MRP) and inventory management.

3. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

4. Excellent planning, scheduling, and coordination skills.

5. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

6. Robust follow-up and decision-making abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
