Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Dental Technician to join our growing laboratory team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in acrylic removable prosthetics, ceramic/porcelain fixed restorations, or proficient in both specialties. You will work closely with clinical prescriptions to design, fabricate, and finish high-quality dental appliances and prostheses that meet precise esthetic and functional standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Acrylic & Removable Restorations (If Acrylic Specialist) Fabricate complete and partial dentures, custom impression trays, bite blocks, and night guards. Perform denture processing, flasking, packing, deflasking, trimming, and high-shine polishing. Execute denture repairs, relines, rebases, and tooth additions.

Ceramic & Fixed Restorations (If Ceramic Specialist) Build, layer, stain, and glaze porcelain/ceramic crowns, bridges, and veneers (PFM, Zirconia, or E-max). Perform margin finishing, contouring, and exact shade matching according to clinical instructions. Handle metal framework finishing or zirconia coping preparation prior to ceramic application.





General Laboratory Duties:

Read, interpret, and follow dental prescriptions and doctor instructions accurately. Inspect working models, dies, and bite registrations for accuracy. Maintain strict quality control and adhere to sanitation, safety, and lab hygiene standards. Maintain equipment and monitor raw material stock levels.

Requirements & Qualifications Education:

Diploma in Dental Mechanics / Degree in Dental Technology (or equivalent practical experience).

Experience:

- Open to specialists in Acrylic, Ceramic, or Dual-Skilled Technicians proficient in both disciplines. Strong manual dexterity, fine motor skills, and keen attention to detail for color and shape matching. Understanding of occlusion, dental anatomy, and material properties (resins, porcelains, zirconia). Ability to work efficiently to meet delivery deadlines without compromising quality.
