· Scheduled work assigned by the project manager.

· Prepare work schedules to the Site supervisors.

· Ensure that the works are completed as per the schedule given by the project manager.

· Coordination with PMD, Accounts and contractors.

· Cross checking the drawings and other details given from Project management department.

· Coordinate with the finance department and make sure the contractors bills are processed at the right time.

· Monitor the works of the contractors and should inspect the quality of the work done.

· To ensure the quality of the work done such as Tile works, Painting, putty work, plastering work and shuttering works.

· Updating the status of the pending work.

· Monitor the activities of the site supervisors and Jr. Site engineers.

· Arranging proper working conditions and ensuring the safety measures.





· Coordinating with the customer care in finishing the important works.

· Maintenance of the mock up flats and arrangement of the workers.

· Monitor the works of site supervisors and Site engineer trainees.

· Maintains secure, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures.

· Any other works assigned by the management from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Calicut, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

- Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:
