What We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone who can listen beyond the symptoms and understand what a woman may actually be experiencing during this stage of her life.
The ideal candidate should understand that menopause is not only about physical symptoms. Women may also experience changes in mood, anxiety, confidence, sleep, relationships, work performance, stress, and overall emotional well-being.
You should be someone who can make a woman feel:
"I am being heard. I am understood. I am not alone."
