The HR Operations Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, employee lifecycle, attendance, payroll coordination, compliance, documentation, grievance handling, and client-site HR activities. The role will ensure smooth HR operations for trainees, associates, and employees deployed across multiple client locations.

Key Responsibilities

1. HR Operations

- Manage day-to-day HR operations for employees, trainees, and associates.
- Handle joining, onboarding, documentation, transfers, confirmation, and exit processes.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Ensure timely issuance of appointment letters, ID cards, experience letters, and other HR documents.
- Develop and implement HR SOPs and operational processes.

2. Attendance & Payroll

- Monitor daily attendance, absenteeism, late coming, and shift schedules.
- Coordinate monthly attendance closure and payroll processing.
- Verify payroll inputs including attendance, incentives, deductions, overtime, advances, and leave.
- Coordinate with the accounts/payroll team to ensure timely salary and stipend payments.
- Resolve employee salary and payroll-related grievances.

3. Statutory Compliance

- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate PF, ESIC, UAN, PT, LWF, TDS and other applicable compliances.
- Monitor NAPS/NATS/WILP-related documentation and portal requirements.
- Ensure timely submission of statutory records, returns, and documents.
- Coordinate with internal/external auditors and statutory authorities whenever required.

4. Client-Site HR Operations

- Manage HR operations for associates deployed at client locations.
- Coordinate with client HR/administration teams regarding attendance, manpower, discipline, performance, and employee concerns.
- Conduct regular site visits and HR audits.
- Monitor employee discipline, grooming,



workplace conduct, and compliance with client policies.
- Ensure timely resolution of client and employee issues.

5. Employee Relations & Grievance Handling

- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters professionally.
- Investigate absenteeism, misconduct, workplace complaints, and policy violations.
- Issue warning letters, show-cause notices, and other HR communications where required.
- Maintain proper records of disciplinary actions and employee cases.
- Promote positive employee relations and reduce attrition.

6. MIS & Reporting

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HR MIS reports.
- Track manpower, joining, attrition, absenteeism, attendance, payroll, and deployment status.
- Maintain accurate HR dashboards and operational reports.
- Provide management with actionable HR data and insights.
- Ensure timely submission of reports to management and clients.

7. Team Management

- Lead and supervise HR executives, coordinators, and back-office team members.
- Allocate daily tasks and monitor team performance.
- Conduct regular review meetings and performance evaluations.
- Train team members on HR processes, systems, and compliance requirements.
- Ensure timely completion of all HR operational activities.

8. Process Improvement & HR Technology

- Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements.
- Drive automation of HR processes wherever possible.
- Ensure effective use of HRMS, attendance systems, payroll systems, CRM, and other HR technology.




- Improve data accuracy, turnaround time, and overall operational efficiency.

- Attrition and absenteeism control

- Site HR audit compliance
- Team productivity and task completion

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
- Good understanding of payroll and statutory compliance.
- Knowledge of PF, ESIC, PT, UAN and labour compliance.
- Experience in handling large manpower/contract workforce.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good Excel and MIS reporting skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
- Solid team management and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple client locations.
- HRMS/ERP experience will be an advantage.

Educational Qualification

Graduate with relevant HR Operations experience.

Preferred Experience

Experience in staffing, manpower outsourcing, payroll, NAPS/NATS, WILP, apprenticeship, contract staffing, or client-site HR operations will be preferred.

Role Expectations

The HR Operations Manager is expected to take ownership of end-to-end HR operations, ensure compliance and payroll accuracy, maintain strong employee and client relationships, and build efficient systems that support the organization's manpower growth.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
