Emilo Ventures Private Limited is hiring a Legal & Compliance Intern / Executive (Grievance Officer) to support legal and regulatory compliance for our digital platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, including IT Rules, 2021 and DPDP Act, 2023
- Handle and resolve user grievances as per statutory requirements
- Coordinate with law enforcement agencies, regulatory authorities, and government requests
- Prepare and publish monthly compliance reports
- Support internal teams on legal, regulatory, and policy matters
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB)
- 0–2 years of experience in corporate law, technology law, compliance, or digital policy
- Good understanding of Indian internet regulations, privacy laws, and intermediary compliance
- Strong communication, legal drafting, and stakeholder management skills
- Freshers with relevant knowledge may apply
